A definite change has been made in the curriculum of the Sheridan High School English Department this year. Separate courses are offered on a nine weeks basis, giving the student a wider variety of subjects from which to choose. Some of the 27 courses which are offered include Mythology, Greek Drama, British and American Literature, Shakespeare and the basics of grammar. Greater understanding of certain English subjects is the main goal behind the course diversification. Along with the new curriculum are three new instructors: Mr. Ray Jergeson, Mrs. Myrla Bisbee, and Mrs. Joyce Shaffer. UPPER RIGHT: Claudia Raecke—Speech (Fresh.); B.A., University of Wyoming.
