SHEPHERD ' 4113... . - , f in .-1-4,131 1 The new womenis dormitory, af- ter many years in the dreaming stage, has now reached the planning stage. Construction is to begin 'this summer. The residence hall will be built on an axis with the recently completed men's dormitory on a commanding site overlooking the Po- tomac River. The three-storied struc- ture will house 156 women, and will cost an estimated S86l,000. During the last decade, Shepherd College has added the Men's resi- dence hall, the Health and Physical Education Building, the Social Sci- ence Hall, the football stadium, and acquired additional land for expan- sion of the physical plant.
