Its objectives are: Q15 to provide training for preparing and serv- ing a well-balanced and economical meal to meet the nutritional needs of the family, C25 to foster the development of family rela- tions, infant care, budgeting and many problems that arise in the operation of a home, C35 to promote a growing appreciation of joys and satisfactions of domestic management.
