' f . Y The Latin Club was organized by members of the high school class studying first yeaPQtStin. Th frglas purpose of the Club is to create a greater interest in the study of Latin and to show others that the studv of Latin can be enjoyable as well as beneficial. The most imnortnnt project of the year for the Latin Club members is the mock Roman banquet held during the spring. The Club members design and make Roman costumes for this annual event. Each member of the Latin Class chose a Roman name by which to be called during the year.
