Yzf SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS lst row: Donna Turner, seoretaryg Barbara Lilly, student council representative, Mary Lou Zook, treasurer 2nd row: Shirley Priest, student council representative, Richard Nutter, president, Wallace lilliamson, vice president The Senior Class started the school year with sixty-three members. During the year these students have engaged in many enterprises to make up an eventful and busy year leading toward graduation. October 19,20 we had our senior pictures taken by Moyer of Traverse City. The annual Barn Dance followed on November 10 with Bob Shaffer's band from WKNX giving part program and part dancing. The next week the Dramatics Club presented a three act comedy, nSay It With Musicu for the benefit of the Seniors and Juniors, with Jolly Joe Grason appearing between acts. December 7,8 we gave our Senior play, It's A Long Lane . The day before school was out for Christmas, December 21, Barbara Loy was crowned Queen of the 'Dreamer's Holidayn, the Senior Prom, by class president, Dick Nutter. We think this was the highlight of our social life for the year. lhile we enjoyed very much the Junior-Senior Banquet and other events during the year, we were highly excited over our Senior trip to Washington and New York which climaxed our school year with the exception, of course, of our graduation in caps and gowns on May 26.
