The Sophmore class, which numbered ninety-three, began the year with the highest enrolllent in school. Their first big event was the Freslmen Initiation with the freshmen students ridiculously a- ttired during the day and a hilarious party in the evening. In January the Freshmen gave the Soph osaores a gala party in return for all the initiation fun the Sophmores had given thu in the fall of this year. The class brought the year' social calendar to a very successful conclusion with a spring dance, called the 'Sophomore Shuffle .
