They were instrumental in guiding the P, T,A, and school through this period of phenomenal growth and expansion. Their foresight and dedica- tion to provide better educational advantages for all the children in eastern Wake County gave positive direction and support of all school programs and curricula development through the four decades. Their period of tenure ranged from one year to ten years. This fostered continuity of purposes.
