Mining: Mike Burke, Tim Klink The Amateur Radio Club is a licensing club, training students to become amateur - radio operators and to take the Federal Communications Commissions examination so that they may operate radio transmitters on the air. The Radio Club was able to start its own radio station at She- nendehowa. It is located in the Industrial Arts wing and they have been issued their own call sign by the F.C.C.- WAZAGH. Members of the club who do receive their li- censes are able to use the ra- dio equipment during free periods or after school. Mr. William MacElroy is the club's advisor. I niernaiional Relations Clan Seated: Mary Hinterburger, Mike Rosenberg, Rafika Blili, Paul Schoch, Amy Skarin, Terry Zem- bruski. Through informal activities and projects, students can learn to understand the peoples of the world and their responsibilities in developing world understanding. Activities include slide lectures, films of an international character, dramatic presentations, meeting and discussing with those people from other lands, and visiting places of international interest. Engaged as they 'are in so many different produc- tions, its members are constantly discovering new life ex- periences in every aspect of their work.
