The club has guest speakers, goes on field trips to various hospitals, and provides a scholarship for a deserving senior girl entering the field of nursing. Mrs. Betty Casey acts as club ad- visor. The girls who be- long to this group raise money to buy ingredients for the special dishes, do the shopping themselves, then prepare the food. Mrs. Lloyd is the group's advisor.

Mining: Mike Burke, Tim Klink The Amateur Radio Club is a licensing club, training students to become amateur - radio operators and to take the Federal Communications Commissions examination so that they may operate radio transmitters on the air. The Radio Club was able to start its own radio station at She- nendehowa. It is located in the Industrial Arts wing and they have been issued their own call sign by the F.C.C.- WAZAGH. Members of the club who do receive their li- censes are able to use the ra- dio equipment during free periods or after school. Mr. William MacElroy is the club's advisor. I niernaiional Relations Clan Seated: Mary Hinterburger, Mike Rosenberg, Rafika Blili, Paul Schoch, Amy Skarin, Terry Zem- bruski. Standing: Ayu Teffery, Joanne Solowski, john Zelonicki, Bob Mathews, Miss Simmons, advisor, Dave Barnhart, Kim Vogel Membership in the International Relations Club is open to all students regardless of academic classification. Through informal activities and projects, students can learn to understand the peoples of the world and their responsibilities in developing world understanding. Activities include slide lectures, films of an international character, dramatic presentations, meeting and discussing with those people from other lands, and visiting places of international interest.
