dministration This school annual has come from the presses during a year when some of the most remarkable scientific developments ever to take place have been reported. The United States launched the satellite Explorer in the month of January. As this statement is written many more such signs of expansion and growth in the world of science are anticipated. At Shenendehowa Central School we have witnessed expansion and growth in the eighteen classroom addition which will be available for use in September 1958. We hope we are equipping students, through the efforts of the fine faculty we have here and by the use of the wonderful building facilities which the school district has pro- vided us, to take their places in this vastly expanded universe. The members of the class of 1958 face the greatest opportunities ever afforded to any group of graduates. We have great faith in you and shall expect all of you to become valuable adult members of society. CHARLES D.
