The theme was Man and the music was taken from the Planets by Holst. Poems were chosen that best suited the theme and the music. It was decided to adopt the Greek Custom of having a chorus to recite poems: the chorus was ably directed by Miss George. Each of the seven scenes of the production show a different aspect of man.
