Mr. Richard Shaffer, age thirty-three, has been a teach- er at Shenango High School for five years. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics at Slip- pery Rock State College. He presently resides at 625 Gardner Center Road, New Castle, Pennsylvania with his wife, Sharon, and three children, Christopher, Amanda, and Reed. Miss Liberta Ruozzo, age twenty-seven, has been a teacher at Shenango High School for six years. She received a Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana State College and a Master's Degree in Guidance at West- minster College. She presently resides at 315 Lafayette Street New Castle, Pennsylvania, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dominick Rouzzo, and a brother, Thomas. Mr. Joseph Harvey, age forty-six, has been a teacher at Shenango High School for twelve years.
