The student interest in this school publication has been man- ifested in the increase of its subscribers. Each member of the staff has received training in writing articles for every page of the paper. This has been accomplished by shifting the majority of the staff members to a different write-up each time a paper has been issued. To be a member, one must have a good moral standing and must observe the Hi-Y purpose :-To create, maintain, and extend throughout the school and community high standards of Christian character. Mr. Robert Boal served as adviser of the club until called into service in the army. Mr. Edward Nahas was then selected to have charge of this work.
