group participation. The girls' 4-H club sponsors activities from flowers to baking. Each girl learns how to plant a garden, or sew a dress, or bake a cake, or embroidery a pillow, or the many other projects provided. For the boys, 4-H teaches them how to take care of their crops, livestock, perserve soil, or photograph a beautiful scene. Practical farm procedures prove to be valuable in later life for students. 105

Clubs promote hard Work With Mr. Dykes as sponsor, the anual staff worked hard to finish the best yearbook ever published for the SHS students.
