Sometimes the only words you'll here from S-7 is We're working on it! lt its computer related they're on it. S-7 Division is a customer service division that provides around the clock service and support to every department and division onboard. The area of operations that most people are familiar with is the availability of SUDAPS-RT and IMMS-RT. lt the computer is down everyone calls ADP! One of their biggest responsibilities is the SNAP I computer. ln addition to ensuring the t'GEN is available to users, ADP processes approximately 35 IMMS reports per day. Another function of ADP is to assist with the processing of ADMIN reports. ADP also has one function that most crew members appreciate twice a month, paychecks! Twice a month all other production takes a backseat so that payroll can be processed and checks can be printed.
