Planning and execution of the event is an exacting task. Our sponsor, Frances Hammond Clay- tor, her husband, the former Secre- tary of the Navy W. Graham Clay- tor, Jr., and their daughter, Murray Claytor, were the featured guests at the 6 February 1982 ceremony.
