S6l1l0l2S WIN tooo 0I2lV6 AGAIN Losers will find out whether the pies taste as good as they look. Sheldon's annual Canned Food Drive for the Salvation Army got off to a good start this year. However, difficulties developed towards the middle of the cam- paign. The junior class was penalized for borrowing some of the sophomores' cans. In quest of victory, the Seniors purchased 337.00 worth of food, enabling them to take the lead with 7,805 pounds, and left the Sophomores trailing with 3,812. The week's efforts were climaxed by the traditional pie throwing spectacle, in classes, which the losing classes, advisors had their pie and felt it too. s Rudy Dam wipes pie from his face, Kevin Rhoden aits the same reward. Tons of canned food were collected by Sheldon students. Mr. Iensen, the sophomores' advisor, meets his fate bravely.

Iriiingry alums eye refreshments provided by Sheldon gir s. Laudenslauger, acting as Santa Claus for the day, students with candy. class of '66 netunns Greg Flynn, Phil Koblik, Dick Wingard, and Iohn Wolf enjoy their new-found sophistication. The exchanging of season's greetings mingled with the tone of Christmas carols and the fragrance of evergreen trees as a group of l966 graduates returned December 23 to visit with former teachers and classmates. The festivity of the day ended with cookies and punch being served, and every- one joining in singing Christmas carols with the A'Cappella choir in the cafeteria. A large percentage of the class of '66 returns for a day.
