Administrative Staff Dr. Lloyd Millhollen Deputy Superintendent Dr. Millard Z. Pond Superintendent Superintendent of Schools, Willard Z. Pond, was respon- sible for formulating and executing School Board policies, recommending employees for appointments, and assigning instructional and non-instructional personnel. Deputy Superintendent, Dr. Lloyd Millhollen, acted as ad- visor to the Superintendent on matters pertaining to the formulation and execution of board policies. He super- vised the teacher application program, directed the in- service training of all personnel, and headed the Personnel Adjustment Board. Assistant to the Superintendent, L. L. Erdmann, acted as consultant to the Deputy Superintendent on matters per- taining to the physical plant, the purchase of supplies and equipment, and the business affairs of the district. He also issued employment recommendations of non-instructional personnel. Administration C. Wayne Flynn Principal The administration this year, led by C. Wayne Flynn, guid- ed the students and faculty successfully through the year. Mr. Flynn did everything from carrying out school board functions to helping the seniors win the Canned Food Drive. P Robert Moursund, Assistant Principal, kept students in line, coordinated the school calendar, and directed gradua- tion and baccalaureate. Ron Burge, Vice Principal and Dean of Boys, took charge of registration, college conferences, and the cirrculurn handbook. Luola Rehfeld, Vice Principal and Dean of Girls, coordin- ated scholarships, the PTA, and the American Field Serv- ice. .
