Physical Education- To Develop A Healthy Body Many centuries ago, Plato said, ‘‘The most beautiful motion is that which accomplishes the greatest result with the least amount of effort. This is the concept of graceful movement.’’ This concept is one of the many objectives of physical educa- tion. Through a planned program of activities, students are given the opportunity to develop physically as well as mentally. A healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand. Along with physical education classes, freshmen students also learn about health from classroom activity.
