The loudest laughs can be heard around SHS when the S-Club presents its annual pep session. Their skits help get the students and the team into a fighting mood for the sectional. Usually the faculty or our rival schools are the target of the jokes, but itis all in fun and nobody minds. In fact, the teachers often laugh harder than anyone elsel This year the jokes were on the Triton Hill-Billy team, Mrs. Ramey, the Booster for Busternj Club, and the ell leaders, and as usual these people laughed the loudest. Members of Mr. Carmonyis advanced speech classes spend a good deal of their time working on a play which is presented to SHS and IHS students. Not only do the members of the class get experience in performing before a group, but they also be- come acquainted with many other aspects of the theater, such as designing costumes, learning how to apply makeup, and painting scenery. Giving the students double pleasure, the speech classes this year presented two plays, French Toast and Cracked Ice.
