CHORUS A We were very proud to start the year wear- ing our new blue robes. We used them on many occasions, two of which were our Christmas program composed of both band and chorus, and our annual spring concert. We were alsohappy to be entered in the '54 music contest at Olney. Our sponsor, of the band and chorus, Mr. Finley, certainly had his headaches. BAND -I We have been busier than ever this year producing and performing different skits and formations for all home football games. We participated in both Moweaqua's and Assurnption's Centennials, gave a Christmas concert, and attended a Band Day at Eastern Illinois University. We are tested by our sponsor, Mr. Evans, on our ab111ty of operaung these dev1ces. We are then awarded an Ill1no1s Projector's Lxcense. After we recexve our lxcense we are also permltted to operate the dev1ces for commumty affaxrs.
