May 8, 1971 Drifting and Dreaming, was the theme of this year's Jr.-Sr. Banquet and Prom. The beautiful decorations by the Juniors really seemed to make the evening complete. Introductions and thank you's were made by the respective class Presidents; Debbie Pope and Bob Smith. Then the Senior Class Will and Prophecy were read by Tim Gutz and Bob Buchholz, followed by the music, The Impossible Dream , sung by the Junior girls. Patti Slusarski, Phyllis Oppliger, Lorraine Rafert, Brian Hopwood, Reggie Nekl, and Robin Perry represented the Freshman class as servers; wearing the latest fashions in pastel colors. The dance music was furnished by the Golden Sound. This year's Jr.-Sr. Prom will be re- membered for many years to come.
