Administration Makes School Policies Members of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Romaine Pesicka, determine school policies and help connect the school board grow as the school system con- tinues to grow. One of the primary responsibilities of the Board of Edu- cation is the hiring of all school personnel. Improvements to our school system have been made this year. Physical improvements include the repainting of several portions of the school building. Next year the school system will change to a K-6-6 plan. Many government programs have been entered into to help provide funds. New maps and library books have been purchased with these gov- ernment appropriations. A summer enrichment program for elementary children in grades 3,4,5, and 6 has been scheduled for June. This also is with government aid.
