Mama’s Angel Child was the name of the three- act play given by the Junior Class, on November 11. Seven members c f the Junior Class took part in the play. A large crowd attended the play, which was given the night of Patron's Day. The arrival of class rings in November was a great event fbr the Juniors. This class is ambi- tious to accumulate money for unusual activities for their Senior year. They have had food sales, paper drives, a pie social, a square dance, and sold special day cards. 27

Junior-Senior Prom And Banquet K1 j A sidewalk cafe in Gay Paree was the theme of the 1955 Junior-Senior Banquet. The banquet was held April 27, in the Methodist Church basement. An illusion of a sidewalk cafe was created through the use of a red and white striped canopy with matching cloths on the cafe style tables. Grey flagstone walls brightened with red roses added reality to the scene. A delicious dinner was prepared by the Juniors' mo- thers. Judy Blevins, Larry Augustin, Sharon Deden, Ken- neth Kuhnel, Sue Doty, and Robert Whitmore, Freshmen in gay Parisian garb, served at the sidewalk cafe tables. During the meal the guests enjoyed a program of musical numbers and toasts by students and faculty members. After the banquet a prom was held in the parish hall. Swing Kings Orchestra furnished the music. 28
