I would v like each of you to begin some kind of research or project dealing with this current problem. To me it seems like one of those physics problems that is so simple, it's hard. I like to try to get my stu- dents to understand clearly the basic principles which are the basis of mathematics before asking them to figure out mathematical problems. By starting with a false statement, you can prove anything true. This seems to be a case of the original decimal point mistake... no, I think that it is that old wrong side of the slide ruler mistake. A computer works a lot bet- ter when everything else in the room is unplugged. I think that there should be a closer relationship between teachers and students. I en- joy getting to know these kids personally, al- though I have to admit that it does take pretty much time. science math science math science math science math science math science n LEONARD MINARIK - Senior Math, Geonetry.
