 We are planning to put the english department on a more elective basis next year. This will provide a broader selection range for students. Sometimes you will pick up a lot of the pronunciation of a foreign language just by listening to someone speak it every day of the week. The use of visual aids such as filmstrips and movies help me give the student a variety of learning experiences. Almost 95% of our daily communications are those of a nonverbal nature. Much can be gained if we are aware of this in our everyday con- tact with other people.
