Boys Ha ve Strong 13 3 Season The varsity boys' bowling team had an out- standing season in 1980-81. The team had a 18-3 season, a record good enough to cap- ture second place in the competitive Burling- ton County Bowling League. The team was led by senior captain Tom Smith, junior Steve Sizemore and sophomore Mark Cimaglia, all ot whom had averages over 170. Seniors Jer- ry Chamar, Dave Niguldula and Kevin Bay- zath and junior Drew Deighan made up the rest of the varsity line-up and contributed to the team's 830-pin average. The junior varsity squad had a 9-6-1 sea- son. All of the starters on the JV team showed potential to fill the vacancies lett by the four seniors, and Shawnee should have another winning season next year.
