y r-Stfc- ' -T TT Shawnee choirs indeed brought song to ' soothe the beast ' in all SHS students during the 75-76 school year. Under new direction by Mr. Jack O ' Neil, concert performances were enthusiastically received and were highlighted by the combined school district choir concert in the spring. A new group, the Shawnees led by Tim Cremeens, performed at Holiday Inn during the Christmas season . The ' 76 Prom theme ' Where Peaceful Waters Flow ' was appropriate for the idyllic setting at Yannucci ' s. The Prom and After- Prom, sponsored by the Junior Class, was an all- weekend affair, with the dance and Kart Golfland (Friday) , a picnic and the movies (Sat- urday), and bowling (Sunday). The weekend was highlighted when Queen Camela Hughes and King Cliff Davis were crowned and their court announced. Many happy but tired seniors will remember this Prom as the best yet.
