STEVE HOUSTON, who is senior class president , also served as the Student Council president his junior and senior years. He has been bestowed with many honors. Besides being the WIZE Student of the Week, Steve was named president of the Ohio Student Industrial Arts Club. He was also selected an Opti- mist Club Outstanding Youth final- st. Senior Leaders MEG HILES , who is senior class vice-president, has been very active at Shawnee. Meg ' s talent at cheerleading has earned her the honor of being selected each time she has tried out. She served as cap- tain of the freshman cheerleaders in her freshman year , the reserves as a sophomore , and of the varsity squad as a senior . KIM KINSLER, who is secretary of the senior class , has many other interests also . Her ability as a majorette enabled her to be head majorette both her junior and senior years . She is also a member of the yearbook staff and the International Thespian Society . 176
