We have come to the end of another year. Seniors are moving on to professional heights and higher educational levels, and the underclassmen are striving to reach the goal that the graduating seniors have already reached. We, the members of the yearbook staff have put many hours of work into this book so that you, our college peers, faculty and staff will be able to have something literary and pictorial to refer back to in thefuture years. It is only wished that more students would participate in the yearbook activities, so that it can really be a vital part ofeach individual enrolled here at Shaw University. However, realizing that a yearbook is important to the university, the goal was set, and with a minimal amount ofstajfthe book was completed. At this time I would like to thank all students that were active participants on the staff I would like to give special thanks to our two photographers, Mtume Babatunde and George Flemming.
