Administrators Lead The Way Dr. Rondle E. Edwards, Superintendent of schools. (Above) Dr. Edwards with “future” Shaw students. To this date, we have concerned ourselves with the mechanics of developing and implementing an effective educational curriculum at Shaw High School; however, there is a more vital element: The human element. No matter how eloquent the program, the students and teachers are the ones that determine whether or not it succeeds. The students and teachers at Shaw are to be commended for the way in which they accepted the adjustments to changes, yet continue to move forward. Their ability and willingness to always strive for quality, places them a cut above the rest. We the students, teachers, administrators, and parents must continue to view ourselves as part of a quality educational program.
