Among other sports, athletics mean football. He was told that it can happen here, ln tact, it did. The pigskin-can riers lost some games. With about the toughest schedule any team ever had to tultill, the regular eleven began a string ot reverses atter swamping East and Collinwood. Every player tried hard, but somebody has to lose, this year it was the Black and Red's turn. Capacity crowds filled the stadium for all seven home games, anyway, to watch the speed at John Davis and the punting of John North. Jack Palmer's passing will not soon be forgotten either. twenty-tive
