The GOAL of the Future Home- makers shall be to help youth assume their roles in society through home economics educa- tion in areas of personal growth, family life, vocational preparation and community in- volvement. The Future Homemakers of America hold many meetings. For Ex. In-Dept Project which Shaw High School project is K.I.D.S. For Kids QKeys in De- velopment and Servicej Work- ing to improve the learning, playing and growing environ- ments of children. Home Economics Related Occu- pations, is the whole idea be- hind HERO. We try to be aware of the welfare of others. We vis- it the older people in nursing homes and younger ones in the hospitals.
