In spite of the seemingly short period of time we had to put together Shaws' 1980-81 Memoirs, vve've completed it with the same vitality, endurance and admiration that has been the trademark of a Raider since 1978, the year of our beginning. The Sharaide was put together by a competent staff. We struke the hard work, the stress and the strain with determination, confidence and stamina. The Silver Star The Silver Star Staff is a competent group of young people who work dili- gently to publish a newspaper each month. This year the staff broke their publication record by publishing a paper each month, with time left over. They started working together in August, in order to have a paper ready for distribution on registration day. The newspaper this year is better than any other, in spite of the fact that the staff is composed mostly of sophomores.
