Home Economics Related Occupations, H.E.R.O. for short, is an organization of hospi- tality. The members consist of students that have taken one year of home economics or child care. H.E.R.O. gears programs desi ned to help others. They visit senior citizens and the children's ward at local hospitals. The also run a child care unit that teaches small, chil- dren during the day for working parents. F.H.A. Student Government The Student Government, which is better known as the Student Council, motivates spirit and administration among the student body. The Student Government geared the Homecoming this year. Alon with the Cheerleaders they introduced new activities for Homecoming week: such as western day, twin day, and baby picture day. The Student Executive Board acts as a branch of the Student Council. They serve as a link between the stu- dent body and the administration. Such problems as The Drug Policy and the cafeteria lunch.
