Chorus The Shaw High choral dept, consists of competent young singers, some amateurs, others pro's. The chorus is directed by Mrs. Brinson, who takes pride in her chorus. This year, she formed a new choral group, the Show Choir. The members of the Show Choir perform with song and dance. The chorus also holds an annual Christmas concert, which is rated superior. Marching Band The S.H.S. Marching Band has been in existence for three years, and since then they have been rated superior. In the past two years, the band was under the direction of Ben Hines. This year the band takes a new turn under the direction of Mr. Ioseph Price. The Marching Band consists of 115 mem- bers, and plays at every football game. This year, the band entered into the Christmas parade, But this year was a first for the band, where they traveled to Warner Robins, to play and cheer the Raiders on during the regional play- offs.
