'uae geniofz pfzoplaecxl of IQSO-SI This being the year of 1960, let us look back only ten short years ago. Do you remember the Senior Class of 1950-51? What a silly question--why no one could possibly have forgotten them. But let us see what progress they have made since their graduation from dear old S.H.S. Dick Caldwell--is now starring in The Thin Man. Dan E. Duggan--is running a Matrimonial Agency for retired Gorillas. Lorena Worrell--and her tall dark handsome husband own a small cafe in Arkansas. The only reason they can't seem to get ahead is-because Lorena eats up all the profit. .Tack Skippy Nash--is the Strict Truant Officer at dear old S.H.S. I. C. Steadman--is the proud manufacturer of the Steadmobile. Johnalee Hagen--or might we say fthe voice, the figure, and the face of our Senior Class, is now a great Opera Singer in New York. Raymond Funk--is the Star in that romantic film, The Great Lover. Bob Ranck--has made millions on his Sheep Ranch on the hill. Dolores Hoch--the great lover of football, finally married a football coach. She is teaching her ll little Gridders to follow in their father's footsteps. Charles Swope--is exploring the interior of Africa all by his lonesome. Can you imagine that, girls ? ? ? ? ? Don Sherrill--is trying to make Sweetie Face a living. Corine Meier--finally got her man lby hook or crookj and they are living happily with Al Jr. on their cattle ranch in South Texas. Ed Richardson--is the pride of the hot-rod track at Podunk. The last we heard of Ed Matthews, he had taken the slow boat to China, and he hasn't found his way back-yet! Bill Jackson--is coach of the Girl's Jack Team at the Podunk Academy for girls. Melvin Schoenhals--runs a Casino on the outskirts of Podunk-- The Bloody Bucket. Clifford Tubb--was voted Mr. Petunia of 1960. Dorothea Kelln--is the Famous Dress Designer. She is now in Hollywood designing clothes for famous movie stars. Adolph Ybarra--is the new Jazz Singer at the Bloody Bucket.' Donald Jenkins--is the Foreman on The El Rancho Grande. Grant Walton--is Bouncer at Melvin's Casino.

I, Don Sherrill, leave all my love to .To Ann Hubbard or Sweetie Pie. I, Dan E.. Duggan, leave S.H.S. to the termites, in hopes that they will go through it faster than I did. I, Corine Meier, leave Mr. Thain exhausted from writing tardy slips, but I hope he is able to do the same for Alyne Moore and Goldie Kearns. I, Raymond Funk, leave my ability as the Great Lover to Leland Schib- belhute. I, Charles Swope, leave my position as center on the football team to Ro- land Harris. I, Dick Caldwell, leave my way with the women to Norman Kelln and Ver- non Richardson. I. Clifford Tubb, leave my curly locks to Don Riffel and Elmer Helfenbein. I, Jack Nash, leave my ability to sweat it out in the office to Duane Jenkins and Robert Taylor. I, Dan Ray Schoenhals, leave my'Spanish accent to David' Martinez. Besides these bequests, we leave our best wishes to any and all who may desire them. Finally, we do hereby name and appoint as the sole executor of this, our last will and testament, our class advisor, Mrs. Lina Nicholson. In Witness whereof we, the Seniors of 1951, the testators, have set our hand and seal on this 16th day of May in the year of 1951.

You won't believe it, but Jimmie Earnst is a great Band Director at Hopps- ville High School. Don't tell anyone, but they say that he is almost as good as Mr. Farrell. Leona Faye Manske--has certainly twirled her way to fame. Back in 1950 she thought it quite an honor to be considered one of the best six hundred twirl- ers in the U.S. Now her name is at the top of the list. What? You sav you haven't seen her picture in the papers. Well, you'd better look againl Qln the Indianj. Geraline Roach's--rich uncle died and left her his millions. Keith has been trying to persuade her to marry him now, but she thinks they should wait a few more years and save their money. EvidentlyDan Ray Schoenhals liked dear old S.H.S. because he is back again. But don't misunderstand, this time he is a teacher instead of a student. fThe Agriculture Teacher instead of Mr. Bradley.Q Lenora Eagon--is now a stenographer for the J. C. Steadrnobile Company in New York. Well, I..enora,maybe it did help -a little to take that shorthand book home every evening even though you didn't study it.
