Due fo fhe lack of money fo confinue on fhe founfain proiecf, we sponsored fhe firsfJunior-Senior Girls' Foofball Game, neffing almosf fwo hundred dollars. This money. along wifh large confribufions from fhe freshman and sophomore classes, was puf fo work immediafely. The annual Junior Prom, revolving around fhe fherne April in Paris was well received by everyone. Seniors af lasf, we were af fhe heighf of our glory awaifing graduafion. Dale Odell and Rex Clark were elecfed fo hold fhe office of sfudenf body presidenf in our lasf year. Many ofher members of our class held sfudenf body offices and a large number of boys won afhlefic awards. We af lasf had our long awaifed foofball game wifh Enferprise which broughf an end fo high school foofball for seven senior boys. Led by Frank l-lawkey and Sheila Mclfnaney, we glided fhrough our lasf year wifh flying colors. The climax of fhis year was fhe Acker Tournamenf which is fhe fheme of fhis book. We feel very proud fo have been one of fhe classes fo have seen fwo Acker Tournamenfs here. Our senior year ended as fhey all end, wifh graduafion and fhe Senior Ball. This is our sfory.
