Miss Wesolo, Miss Duignan, Miss Ziller and Mr. Dimmick EE 55555 55555 SENIOR HISTORY HE high and mighty Senior Class of to-day entered the portals of Shasta High in g BE the manner of all preceding Seniors, namely, as timid, insignificant Freshmen. EE gl-Eli After having been duly welcomed into high school life by the upper classmen, we, QE EE under the leadership of our president, Dick Coughlin, gave the Freshmen Return dance. gg QE The following semester, with Maida Glover as president, we also contributed our bit EE EE towards athletics and the Senior Reception. BE QE The following year we entered school more boldly as Sophomores, and immediately QE elected'Elvv Hunter as president for the first semester, and later, Ruth Larens for the EE EE second. The Soph Hop was our main social event, which was carried off with the EE EE usual spring decorations. EE EE At the first meeting of our Junior year we were taken under the guidance of Harold Conner, who was succeeded by Walter Kite. In this year we certainly blossomed into our own, and took a prominent part in all school activities, especially after we had moved gg EE into the new high school. EE Finally we came to be the Senior Class! Our goal, which every class longs for, had QE been reached, but the realization that it was to be our last year in high school was too EE EE great. Presidents Elton Barker and William Tantau carried us through with flying colors, BE BE but much too soon. EE 5 5555555555555555555555555555555555 Eighteen SHASTA DAISY I 929
