Senior 'Illay A 'Ilan' of Sixes T Boggs Johns and his partner George Nettleton couldn t agree ou many matters of business and so a friend decided that they play a game of poker the loser of which was to become butler and walet for the other T Boggs IS the loser and is immediately installed in the Ixettleton home and finds lt a most difficult Job to treat his master with respect The rrival of his sweetheart at the Nettleton home for a V1S1t brings things to a swift climax VVhen Florence learns the whole story she evolves a plan whereby the Jealousy of Nettleton is aroused and he iinally agrees to release T Boggs from his agreement One can see from the brief review glven above that A Pair of Sixes is a snappy farce and it promises to be a scream from beginning to end Marguerite Cron are showing great enthuslasm and if the play doesn t make a hit with the public it won t be due to the lack of effort on the part of the players coach or the manager Harold lNathan A Pair of Sixes is essentially a man s play and as such the honors are divided between Max Polse and Harold Lowden the two partners of the Digestive P111 Co both of whom are called upon to do more strenuous work and actual muscular exercise than anyone else in the cast Max Polse as George B Nettleton takes his part very effectively and displays a lot of pep ln his actions Harold Lowden as T Boggs Johns makes a. andsome butler and excellent business man as well as a. very ardent lover 4 P-XIR OF SIYES Twenty three H o . , , . , A , ! al 1 u Av n 4 1 . .
