But it was a time when SHAS TA was a workhorse of the battle group, picking up and delivering passengers, mail, and cargo between various ships and Masirah. The View of Masirah most got was like that in photo 7. But many others were shuttled to the beach in working parties to organize the mail and cargo for helo transfer back to the ship as in photos 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8.
