Some of the faces on the pier belonged to eager young men who were just beginning their service in the Navy. These men were looking forward to new travels, new adventures, new tests. Their journey had only begun, their era only started. ln time, they too will have a story to tell, for in the final analysis as long as there are seas and ships and a United States Navy, the Odyssey will never end. tm N- 'Ig ,.!
