From now on it is up to us as individuals IL - '1 to decide which will profit us the most, We all have the same - --'l -.T portunity and the challenge with which to better our lives and the of others. For our education will cease hereg for others l twelve years have rich background for future Let us always have a high regard for the wonderful times we have had together as a group and the lasting friendships. May our one goal throughout life be better service to our community, our nation, and our God. This 1959 Devil's Log seeks to remind us of the many changes which have oc- curred since our present high school was opened in 1922 until the present, 1959. We, the class of 1959, therefore, wish to dedicate our yearbook to this high school which has offered a field of knowledge to all who have passed through its doors. However, with an eye on the future, we look forward, with the underclassmen, to the promise of a bigger and better educational system for the youth of our community as work progresses on the new high school which is now under construction. 2
