Dedication Mrs. Harding The Seniors are pleased to announced that the 1985 CLARION is dedicated to Mrs. Dorothy Harding. We feel it is that extra effort she puts forth and her honest dedication to her profession which make her such a special teacher. Mrs. Harding was there when we had our first debuts in that box-office smash The Tortise and The Hare . We will always cherish those early years, especially the one made memorable by Mrs. Harding. SHARON SPRINGS CENTRAL SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT MR. SMITH The class of 1985 leaves the Sharon Springs Central School at a time of unprecedented change in New York State's public education. The Regent's Action Plan and the Commissioner's Regulations will result in higher standards for all students. 1 am proud to be a part of a school system which requires more than the minimum re- quired by the current regulations. Your class will benefit from this experience, and you have enabled the Board and staff to further refine the program which will be offered to students in the future. Education is a never ending process. Take advantage of the higher education and vocational training opportu- nities to the best of your ability. The rate of change in the world is constantly increasing. You must make an effort to even maintain your present position in today's world.
