Business Staff Finalizes Publishing Deadlines Although they aren’t the biggest organization in the school, the Yearbook Business Staff plays a large part. Under the supervision of Mr. Arthur Houck, the staff collects money for payments to the publishers and distributes books when completed. The group tabulates sales efficiently and forwards payments to the publisher so the book will be on time. ABOVE Left to Right: Colleen McCullough. Evelyn Svarny. Mary Yuhoss. Carol Madden. Sure it’s easy to roam the halls taking pictures but that’s not all. Long hours go into scheduling photos, preparing layouts, taking photographs, writing copy and typing which are seldom taken into consideration. This year, to benefit all students our Yearbook has been changed from a spring to fall delivery therefore allowing the staff to cover many features that were not previously found in the Yearbook such as spring sports, plays, prom and commencement.
