eniofz Glass Hisfofuf Four years ago our Senior Class came expectantly into our High School with hopes and ambitions high-the class of '39. Now our four years are almost over, some of us have dropped by the wayside and will graduate with other classes, some have already gone out into the worldg the rest of us, in Iune, will again, with hopes and ambitions high, seek new adventures. As with most classes, the work for which they are remembered has been done in their Senior year. The class of l39 will long be remembered for the new social program which they inaugurated, the purpose of which is to create more friendliness and informality among the student body through school dances and parties, Their success has been measured by the numbers attending and the good times which they have had. The Senior Class also organized the Senators' Forum with the valuable purpose of dis- cussion of school and other problems. The Hospitality Committee was also organized to acquaint new students with our school. Its valine speaks for itself. We must not forget their participation in the established school activities such as the musical organizations, athletics, interscholastics, publications, debating, and others. As is usual, the Senior Class contributed much to the development of these organizations. As with other organizations of such size, the class has had its faults but in spite of that had kept its ideals and ambitions high. It is in this spirit that the class of thirty-nine is ushered out. May the originality and ideals be retained both in the class, and in the school that they have left. CLASS OFFICERS .
