MR. W. D. GAMBLE Mr. W. D. Gamble has been the Superintendent of Sharon Public Schools for nearly twenty-four years. He is very active, being President of the Board of Directors of Buhl Hospital, and officer in the United Presbyterian Church, President of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and a member of the National Edu- cation Association. He graduated from Westminster College, and is now a member of its Board of Trustees. MR. 1oNEs Since 1914, when he came from Martins Ferry, Ohio, Mr. Iones has served as Principal, with the excep- tion of 1919, 1920, and 1921, when he was Secretary of the Sharon Chamber of Commerce. During this time, he has been active in the State Athletic Association, of which he is now President, in the Music-Literary Meets, in the Secondary Schools Principals' Association. ln addition to these, he is a proficient golfer and enjoys hunting. MR. MCGAREY In one brief year as Assistant Principal, Mr. McGarey has already made a name for himself. A gradu- ate of Thiel College, he received his M.A. from Columbia University. He served as Principal at Bessemer High School for a number of years and was Assistant Principal of Tea- Neck, New Iersey Iunior High School prior to his coming here. lwlr. McGarey,s work with the Monitor Squad deserves commendation, for he has helped make it not only a more efficient organiaztion, but a more unified one.
