mnft enGOiD 73 Senior Clo Publication haron, iTia zachu ott Volume XXXIV INTRODUCTION: A distinguishable part (as of a book) that provides explanation, information, or comment preparatory or preliminary to the main portion or subject. “The following 180 pages capture the thrills, the heartbreaks and the disappointments a student experiences during the formative high school years. The yearbook prides itself on being a democratic institution. Therefore, the few fine teachers at Sharon High are pictured along with the others. At this time, it should be expressed that the yearbook staff is in no way representative of the student body. It is comprised of a group of elite, intellectual snobs, whose sole motivation for taking part in compiling this book is self-glorification. ’’ ❖ “We, as the editors of this year’s Marsengold, have tried to include in the following pages the true-to-life happenings of the students during these all-important years of high school. Also, we would like to commend the fine teachers at Sharon High who have helped to mold us and educate us; we feel they have done an outstanding job. And to the advisors of the yearbook, we offer our sincere thanks for their efforts in helping us to create what we believe to be a true representation of the fine school that Sharon High actually is .
