The Class of 1959 is certainly a progressive and important part of the student body. Its members are found in most of the school activities, where many of them are officers. They are adept in both acting and public speak- ing as one can see in their active participation in Debating Club, Dramatics Club, and assemblies. They are talented in the field of music, with un- usually large representation in band, orchestra, and chorus. Their dance, Harvest Moon , with an autumn motif of scarecrows, pumpkins, haystacks and cornshocks, dominated by a huge harvest moon, was a smashing social success. We believe that they have much to offer and will be an outstanding class both as juniors and seniors. 5 5 3 Left to right: Linda Herbert, Treas- urerg Thomas Wells, Vice Pres- identg Cathleen Galvin, Secretaryg l Kurt Isakson, President.
