Flass Proplzeq We the Senior Class of 1950 do hereby prophecy that in ten years hence this IS what the graduating class will be doxng Verlin Peetoom likes to 51t and watch things HIS calm disposition makes him the ideal type for a sports promoter He cannot be manager of a ball team or a boxer so he 1S keeping a racing stable He has a stable of racing snails lies back in the hammock as his faithful snalls crawl on and up to victory I see Mary Lee Campbell is climbing to great he1ghts 1n the news Also to other heights She IS the first woman to race up Pike 5 Peak She IS married now and has eight little racers following her Cula Montgomery the man hater of Sharon High has at last found her true love She IS now chasing him over Niagara Falls in a barrel Donnie Clem IS not a modern type He finds it hard to fit into the life of today but one great opening awaits him In this great age of endurance contests he will be the world 5 undlsputed channel sw1mmer as once drop ped in he will swim back and forth until his manager remembers to come and f1sh him out Barbara Harris future 15 clear Ten years from now your favor1te Harms America 5 Girl Fr1end 1n Cinderella 5 Sandals the all talking all singing all dancing all colored ep1c of the age Miss Harr1s s1ngs dances and plays three musical instruments including the vacuum cleaner Joanna Valentine has become what she always was in high school al1brar1an She s1ts at her desk as a reference l1brar1an but she IS not lng research work for anyone now She 15 reading the latest novels and let tlng those who search for information wait Betty Steadman has become the head operator in a telephone off1ce You know her as soon as she says Line 5 busy She always did spend most of her time talking on the telephone Bob Nall has become a detective He always has a book of clues in one pocket and a palr of hand cuffs in the other pocket He IS always looking at something through a magmfying glass 'h1s is a result of the mystery stories he was always reading Ronald Miller always liked to sit up all night As a result he has be come a milkxnan so he can ride around town all night without fear of 1nqu1r ing glances from policemen or n1ght watchmen He is happy and makes money as well Cleona Watson is a nervous 1nqu151t1ve type Will be a reporter and because of her intense interest in everybody 5 business and her cast 1ron 8 7 V 1 motion picture cathedral will be displaying huge signs announcing, Barbara . . , - . 1 - i . . . , y . .
